Refunds:
After we inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Filament Returns:
Quality Issues: You may return filament with quality issues, but return shipping fees are the client’s responsibility. (No more than 25% should be used.)
Wrong Order/Different Color: If you receive the wrong order or a different color, return it sealed and unused for a free exchange, with return shipping fees covered by us.
